Dr David Leonard is the owner of Jilco Enterprises. We also manufacture the Willflex Exercise Chair. The Willflex Chair is a specialty Class 1 medical device designed to relieve Low Back Pain and Sciatica through a unique combination of stretches and exercising. Dr Leonard has degrees in Physical Science, Environmental Science, Human Anatomy and is a Doctor of Chiropractic Medicine. Dr Leonard also worked in the Nuclear Power Industry for 13 years and was a supervisor for the Radiation Protection Division. Dr Leonard has Training & Certificates in Nuclear Systems & Engineering, Environmental & Hazardous Waste Control, and Supervisory and Personnel management. Dr Leonard is a published author in a Scientific Journal (Journal of Chiropractic Humanities 2001). " I have spent my working life of over 45 years in Science and Technology. I have worked as a Welder, Materials and Concept Designer for Engineering and Manufacturing firms. I have been an Environmental Scientist, Chemical Engineer, Health Physics Technician & Supervisor, Teacher, Conference Speaker, and Doctor/Owner of a Successful Chiropractic Clinic for 20 years" Dr Leonard graduated Magna Cum Laude from Cleveland Chiropractic College and has numerous awards such as Chiropractic Student of the year 1998, Who's who of American Inventors, and a $15,000 award for great ideas (Radioactive holding containers for scaffolding) in 1995 while employed by Carolina Power & Light.
